Approved valve to be 2-piece, full port, forged Lead Free* brass body and adapter with chrome-plated Lead Free* brass ball and PTFE seats, seals, and thrust washer. Lead Free* 2-Piece, Full Port, Brass Ball valves with Integral Press Fitting End XLC Connection shall be constructed using Lead Free* materials. Lead Free* valves shall comply with state codes and standards, where applicable, requiring reduced lead content. Approved valves must have adjustable packing and a single stem O-Ring seal. Valves with top-loaded stems or valves without adjustable stem packings are not allowed. Press connection rated to 200wpsi CWP at 250°F. Valve to be a Watts Series LFFBV-3-Press XLC.
